Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Details for payment online is processed on a secure page and cannot be accessed by anybody else. We accept credit/debit card payments via Paypal therefore you can be reassured that your payment details are protected by the security that Paypal provides. If you're ordering for collection you can pay in the shop by credit/debit card or cash. Please note we do not accept cheque payment.
The following are terms and conditions of for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you.
1. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
2. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply you with the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these items and will refund any payments made by you. We will not be responsible for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
3. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
4. Either party shall have the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty within a 30-day period of the order. In the event of a termination of order any money paid will be refunded and any goods received from us by you will be returned in the same unused condition that we supplied them to you.
5. We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.
6. We will try our best to deliver with two to three working days. Goods delivered on time are subject to availability. A delay in delivering goods ordered within the said time scale is sometimes unavoidable and out of our control. Delivery times are approximate only for this reason. The Distance Selling Regulations advise that all monies including the original delivery cost are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period and if the item is faulty.
7. In the unfortunate event of delayed delivery of more than 14 days we shall contact you and give you the option of waiting or canceling your order. Any moneys paid for products will be refunded if cancellation of order required.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All quoted prices are fully inclusive of VAT, unlike a lot of other companies who's apparent "cheap" prices are exclusive of Gordon's bit.
