Delivery Schedule
UK Deliveries
We use my Hermes or APC (for the liquids) it depends on the item, we deliver to the UK Mainland.
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland.
Our shipping rates work by zones and the weight of the final order. Here are the zones explained:
Zone 1 - England, Wales, South & Central Scotland £8.95 for upto 20kgs, £0.27 per kilo thereafter
Zone 2 - Scottish Highlands & Islands £15.00 for upto 10kgs, £0.60 per kilo thereafter
International Deliveries
We are currently not offering international deliveries at the moment.
Returns
We as a company thank you for your purchase and your trust. In the event of a failure of a product we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund, providing the following conditions are met. We will require proof of purchase and we must be notified within 30 days of purchase. We will not refund or replace any item that has been tampered with or altered in any way. The Distance Selling Regulations advise that all monies including the original delivery cost are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period and if the item is faulty.
